Professional transporter

If you prefer to have it delivered to your address, we offer delivery by carrier on a pallet. The delivery of your rims and tires is entrusted to the transporter Schenker-Joyau. A tracking number is sent to you upon shipment to track your package online. Your order is delivered to your home (or to the address of your choice defined during your purchase), by appointment, in protective packaging.

Delivery time

Delivery takes place within 48 hours. The carrier contacts you by phone (on the number you provide when ordering) to define a delivery window in your presence. A signature is required.

Receipt of the package

Remember to check the conformity of the order delivered before signing the Delivery Note. We recommend that you unpack your package in the presence of the delivery person to ensure the condition of the contents and to note any incident on the delivery slip.

In the event of an anomaly or non-conformity, you MUST make a reservation on the carrier's delivery slip and notify the Vog-Art Customer Service (Remember to indicate your order number).
